At Cardo Systems, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your premium apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with original tags attached inside the original shipping box or a similar secure mailer.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your receipt to track the status of your refund or replacement.
